Our dealers know we deliver most of our products by our own transportation. Our Richard drives in his van through the full BeNeLux to deliver (and unpack and install if wanted) the goods ordered by our dealers.

Personal delivery is not because it is cheaper, but it is because we think it is necessary. Transportation is often so rough that, despite best packaging you can think of, it is hardly possible to keep goods undamaged.  If a larger quantity of goods is packed in a wooden box or on a skid, risk of damaging is fairly low, unless the truck driver drives the forks into the cartons (which does happen). But shipping of one or 2 units is much more risky.
