KisekiblueNOSSome time ago, and by that I mean 2010-12011 (!!! how time flies) we could come up with 100 Kiseki Blue N.O.S. phono cartridges. For full explanation about Kiseki and about N.O.S. go to www.kiseki-eu.com. This Kiseki Blue N.O.S. cartridge was received with a lot of enthusiasm, but due to the number available, only by a limited number of people. The cartridge is owned by Ken Kessler, Dan D’Agostino, Rob Wilms and a small number of clients from a small number of distributors. It’s simple, what is not available in quantities, cannot be sold in quantities.

Stefan-Krawczyk-web_1Heer Stefan Krawczyk, schreef -toen hij nog tijd had- regelmatig voor HVT en deed dat dusdanig dat hij me altijd aan Ken Kessler deed denken. In de zin van schrijvend over het genieten, genietend tijdens het schrijven. Dat is mijns inziens ook de waarde van een review: kan een geoefende luisteraar genieten van het apparaat, de installatie waar hij over schrijft. Kan HIJ (of zij) dat overbrengen op papier, dan mag je verwachten dat meer mensen er van kunnen genieten en is het de moeite waard om die mensen erop te wijzen.

Today I got an email from my dealer referring to and commenting on a message he found on the Facebook page of the German High End Society. They organize the big, big High End Show in Münich:

Die 32. HIGH END® im MOC-München war mit 363 Ausstellern und ca. 900 Marken aus 35 Ländern wieder ein weltweiter Höhepunkt der gesamten Branche. Insgesamt 16.159 Besucher, davon 5.211 Fachbesucher aus 71 Ländern, waren nach München gekommen. Die Zahl der Fachbesucher ist im Vergleich zum letzten Jahr um 18% gestiegen. Mit 58% war die Quote der internationalen Besucher dabei erneut besonders hoch.
