December 31, 2013. Last day of the year and best day to say Bye Bye. Of course, like every other year, “the highest and lowest points are the important ones. Anything else is just…in between” (Jim Morrison). For a while I thought that my 2013 was one of shittiest years ever. Till I realised that in every possible way I found back my FREEDOM. My personal freedom, my freedom in business, my freedom to create, my freedom to … well … to do everything what will make 2014 The Greatest Year Ever. And what will that bring in 2014?

The Year 2014 will be a most interesting year for audio in BeNeLux. Stormy weather expected! It might influence the European audio business and maybe even more …

The Year 2014 will bring a lot new Durob-Original products by Kiseki, PrimaLuna, Mystère and as we see it now also by Bow Technologies, Floyd and probably even more … We will start to compete -more than ever as we are now FREE- with the so-called “biggies” in hands of bankers/investors who tried to tie our hands and our creativity.

The Year 2014 will bring new products, reviews, awards …new fun! It’s fun to be FREE again. We will prove in 2014 it’s better to LIVE in FREEDOM than to DIE under DICTATORSHIP. Be with us and take advantage of this Happy New Year! Happy 2014!

Audiophile Products MC Transformers for KISEKI cartridges

On request from a HK client I started searching the warehouse for a MC transformer which we produced in the 1980’s. These were specially made for Kiseki cartridges and designed by the late Mr. Kondo from AudioNote which was also responsable for the winding of the transformers. I found the MCT2 (5.3 Ohms) ánd I found a mix of 40 and 100 Ohms versions. Fifteen (15) pieces in total.
