andreasThose of you who frequently visit DÉ HifiWinkel in Beek-Ubbergen or frequently read this durobblog or follow the international press KNOW the name Andreas Koch and KNOW Playback Designs. Go back in time on this durobblog and read about what Andreas has done for this industry and specially for the digital part of it. Remember the visit by Werner Ero to Theerd, one of DÉ Hifiwinkel’s customers, and the story he wrote about. Tjeerd is using a MPS-5. Rob Wilms, store manager of DÉ HifiWinkel just ordered himself an MPS-3 cd player. And several of his best customers do the same. It’s striking how many people enjoy Playback Design in our relatively small high end community.

Their writers and reviewers have been given broad leeway to cite excellence in fine audio wherever they find it: products, people, recordings, events, groups, etc., so that their readers can be better informed.
